Support - truly amazing, will be up there as one of the best featured topics Wikipedia has. (E/C) No he didn't "let anyone" nominate it until he thought it was complete, which it now is according to him. The main contributor is usually the one with the most time and effort invested into the articles, and usually the one with a high knowledge of what makes the topic complete. It is only right that the original creator and developer, the one who has invested the most time in the topic.
