Cardiff Bay Trail. This circular trail for cyclists and walkers is 6.2 miles (10 km) long and runs around the Bay and across to the seaside town of Penarth via Pont y Werin. Much of Cardiff's rich heritage can be seen from this path: the Norwegian Church, the Wales Millennium Centre and the Senedd (Wales' parliament building).
Blaencwm. A 6-mile (9.7 km) circular walk through the heart of the Rhondda Valleys, past waterfalls and former industrial landscapes with views from Penpych over Treherbert and the valley below.
Chepstow trails. There are two trails: the first around Chepstow and the second within the town walls; both are well directed by markers, signs and plaques and both start at the Tourist Information Centre on the banks of the River Wye.[1]
