Uploader claims to have permission from a fan website for use of these photos, which he claims were created specifically for Wikipedia. However, it is covered with copyright notices and website logos. There is already a Fair Use image on the article of the whole car, there is little need for this picture (plus another) of the lone prototype decaying somewhere.
