It's a pretty picture, but I would think it would be unlikely to succeed at FPC. It seems to have a very narrow depth of field, probably too narrow, especially for a top down shot. There is a clear region in focus, but with DOF so narrow there is probably not enough. The bottom edges of the lower petals in particular are uncomfortably out of focus. Please note the filename Image:Smithsoniangardens5.jpg is also very undescriptive - the filename should suggest what the image is, such as an identification of the flower.
