Batman: The Animated Series
[edit]Is this the show where we learn how Robin became Batman's sidekick? If it is, which episode did he first appear in? The one where his parents were killed in the circus and Bruce Wayne took him in. I saw this episode of something to do with Batman less than a year ago, but i didn't know what the series was called or the episode.Beast Boy's Angel 03:58, 20 August 2007 (UTC)
- In Batman lore, there are many continuities followed, with several movie franchises, comic co-continuities and animated series, and TV series also. Many of these starkly contradict one another. In the animated series, there is an origin story pertaining to Dick Grayson and Bruce Wayne's meeting. It's hard to say what is considered to be "canon" or unofficial history, though. lincalinca 01:57, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
- As far as recent movies go, Batman & Robin (film) (1997) covered the circus deaths of Robin's family. Here's the IMDB link: [1]. StuRat 13:27, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
- Did you mean this series? If so, in that series, Robin appeared in episode 1 of season two, and I recall something about Two Face having killed Robin's parents, and Robin chases after him on a motorcycle, ignoring Batman's advice about giving it up. --Wirbelwindヴィルヴェルヴィント (talk) 16:28, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
