A shorter Stairway[edit]

What radio edits of "Stairway to Heaven" exist? NeonMerlin 00:05, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Who would want a short stairway? BonesBrigade 00:07, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
From the Stairway to Heaven article:
Despite pressure from Atlantic Records the band would not authorize the editing of the song for single release, making "Stairway to Heaven" one of the most well-known and popular rock songs never to have been released as a single.

Super hard game leval.[edit]

I hope this is not counted as "trolling" but I am sorry if it does. In the third leval of the playstation 2 game of "black" there is a part where you have to cross "snipers alley" through the big pit where there are like two bazokas and few buildings. After I killed everybody in the area I tried to find a place to go to either to finish the leval or continue it BUT i couldnt find an opening even after an HOUR of searching!!! Can someone help me find a way out?!!!! please!!

(note: I am playing the game on "easy")

ok I haven't played it but walkthroughs exist eg http://www.neoseeker.com/resourcelink.html?rlid=125320&rid=116905 or http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/920890/41731 does that solve it?87.102.90.249 (talk) 13:07, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Online face search for actors[edit]

Anybody know of a website that allows you to search for actors' faces by specifying certain characteristics, such as hair color, height, region, age? I found newfaces.com but I'm looking for something that's not a casting agency, so that it doesn't exclude people who they're not agents for. Looking for a freeware, multiplatform online Scrabble software[edit]

I'm running Windows and a friend of mine has a Mac. We'd like to play Scrabble online, and we have already through certain websites, but we're not very happy with their dictionaries. I thought a program might exist out there that would work for us. Any suggestions? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kieff (talkcontribs) 06:24, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I know this isn't exactly what you wanted, but have you tried Scrabulous? You can play on that site or on Facebook (Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales plays it!). It's got the legit dictionary of the real competitions. Or are you looking for a dictionary that excludes some of the more obscure words? --Fbv65edeltc // 03:05, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That's where we've been playing. Also on Yahoo's Literati (uses Dictionary.com). Scrabulous didn't recognize a lot of words I've tried (last one I can remember was quine), and the site has been full of PHP errors as of late. Also, I was hoping for some game with a Portuguese version so I could play with my friends here in Brazil. — Kieff | Talk 07:00, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
All of the uses of Quine on the disambiguation linked are proper nouns, which aren't usually allowed in Scrabble. 81.174.226.229 (talk) 11:09, 7 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
From that Disambig : "Quine (computing), a program that produces its source code as output". APL (talk) 04:54, 8 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Song Question[edit]

In the episode of Family Guy where stewie and Brain enlist in the army there is a song played during Brain's completion of the final physical. Does anyone know the name of that song? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.108.225.123 (talk) 19:01, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A simple Google search tells me that you should see the article for "Saving Private Brian". Dismas|(talk) 04:54, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
