Virtual worlds[edit]

What is the second-largest and second-most-complex virtual world out there behind Second Life/Teen Second Life? -- Mwalcoff (talk) 06:13, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm thinking maybe PlayStation Home but I'm not sure. You could have a look through Category:Virtual reality communities and see if any of those are what you're looking for. Recury (talk) 13:34, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I mean for PCs. -- Mwalcoff (talk) 15:56, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That'd probably be EVE Online -- sure, World of Warcraft has a hell of a lot more users, but they're not sharing the same world, and in any case, the in terms of of complexity, EVE easily leaves many other games behind -- though it doesn't approach the potential complexity of Second Life, of course. Then again, not many things do. -- Captain Disdain (talk) 18:27, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I mean social-oriented virtual worlds like There, Active Worlds and Kaneva. Who's in second place? -- Mwalcoff (talk) 19:33, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There doesn't seem to be a lot of information about the user bases of these other worlds, which is typically an indication that the user base isn't large enough to boast about, and revealing it wouldn't do any good for the service's image. I would be kind of surprised if any one of them was significantly larger than the others. -- Captain Disdain (talk) 08:38, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The perfect game[edit]

The game you mention is a Tactical shooter, if you want other similar games that article lists a few. Lots of gaming magazines and websites rate games, try googling for some of them and see what they rate as being really good games. --Tango (talk) 03:09, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps Game Rankings is what you're looking for. - Akamad (talk) 01:47, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you are looking for good tactical shooter then try Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter. If you are looking for a larger scale multiplayer game then try Red Orchestra. Company of Heroes is one of my favorite RTS's. PantsRockerOffer (talk) 17:12, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
