Nielsen ratings for syndicated series[edit]

Hey there. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a reliable source for syndicated Nielsen ratings from 1987 through 1994? I'm working on improving the Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes and it's one thorn in my side. I've managed to find some unreliable sources for the numbers, but I'd like to find something concrete that would hold up in a Good Article review. I've got a couple of reference books on the subject, but while they make minor references to ratings (such as "Devil's Due" having the highest ratings since "Encounter at Farpoint") but nothing specific.
