First Legend of Zelda artworks

[edit]

Hello, what's the name of the illustrator of the first NES Zelda game? You can see the illustrations in the game's manual. Here are some examples: 1 and 2. --KaterBegemot (talk) 00:09, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Here are some leads that may help you or someone else find the illustrator.
The English manual (warning: ignore or block deceptive "Download" ads) doesn't list any illustration credits. The Japanese manual uses the same artwork, and has text that looks like it might be credits on the last page. I don't know if the Japanese text mentions an illustrator, but it does say "© 1986 Nintendo" and "© 1986 TOKUMA SHOTEN". Tokuma Shoten is a publishing company.
At The Legend of Zelda Strategy Guides, then entry for The Legend of Zelda Tips & Tactics says "Enemy artwork is the same from the standard instruction manual, but there is new character artwork and alternate item artwork in the manual." You can see small scans of that book there, or download larger scans here. The contents page lists credits including
Cell Pictures:
Original Pictures/Yoshimiru
Cell work/Hideaki Itoh
Illustration: Susumu Kobayashi/Narumi Tanaka
and it shows this book is also published by Tokuma Shoten. Maybe the manual illustrator is one or more of those people or perhaps someone that worked for Tokuma Shoten? --Bavi H (talk) 05:33, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, i have a look at it. --KaterBegemot (talk) 12:41, 24 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

American Horror story season 2

[edit]

Can someone please explain to me what season 2 is about im a little confused? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.142.178.36 (talk) 22:05, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

According to the season 2 article, isn't showing yet. There's articles for the characters and the list of episides links to a description of each season 1 episode. Hopefully that will get you caught up for when season 2 starts. RudolfRed (talk) 23:14, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
(ec) American Horror Story says "The second season will feature new characters and a new location, namely an insane asylum. Thus, the series has been called an anthology. The second season is titled American Horror Story: Asylum". So, they've completely changed it from a series (following the same characters through every episode) to an anthology (a completely new story with new characters each episode, except for the asylum staff).
