Has Arnold Schwarzenegger ever spoken without his natural accent in a role?

[edit]

I.e., has he ever not sounded like he does in real life in a role? 20.137.2.50 (talk) 14:04, 5 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

His voice was dubbed over by an American actor for Hercules in New York. --Jayron32 14:08, 5 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
He doesn't seem to be very good at changing his accent. If he was, presumably, when he was governor of California, he would not have called it "Codifornya". StuRat (talk) 19:49, 5 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think Arnold Schwarzenegger has as much accent variety as Jean Claude Van Damme. 75.75.42.89 (talk) 00:22, 6 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It's hard to overcome a foreign-language accent. Different accents within the same language (English in particular) are much easier to effect. Hugh Laurie, Bob Hoskins, Peter Sellers, etc. all have done / did quite well at sounding American. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots07:31, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

mad men phone call

[edit]

hi. I am trying to find the exact location of a scene from mad men in which don draper makes a phone call and says that he is going to California, apparently abruptly. I think it is in a flashback. I have tried to find this without success. thx.173.174.111.69 (talk) 22:36, 5 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
