What is this Russian march called?

[edit]

Hi. Please pardon me if my request is in the wrong place, because this is my first post in the reference desk. I was watching this clip of the march-past during Vladimir Putin's inauguration, and I couldn't figure out what the music played by the band was. I have tried researching and listening to the items in Category:Russian military marches but none seem to be exactly what is in the clip - the closest I could find was March of the Soviet Tankmen. The TV announcer in the clip might have stated the name of the music but I can't recognize it as I do not understand Russian. Here's another link with the same song on YouTube. Could anyone have a listen and figure out what it's actually called? Thanks in advance. ««« SOME GADGET GEEK »»» (talk) 21:17, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Admirably, you added a reference. But is this the same celebration? In any event, it's not the same piece of music for sure (I'm referring to the one starting at 0:59 in Some Gadget Geek's first link. It reminded me a bit of "нам нужна одна победа" ("We Need One Victory" aka "We Need One More Victory" aka "We Need Only One Victory") by Bulat Okudzhava, but I realize it's not that. Couldn't find it, and not sure I'd heard it before. And I admit to a sense of déjà entendu, after having listened to a lengthy string of Russian/Soviet marches. ---Sluzzelin talk 22:47, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I compared the following two: (2018) & (2012) -- 2012 is identified as above. They seem like variations of same to me. And the WP article notes that changes have been made for "modern revisions", notably a previous Putin inauguration. 2606:A000:1126:4CA:0:98F2:CFF6:1782 (talk) 02:37, 25 May 2018 (UTC) . . . Let me qualify that with: "all marches sound like variations of the same thing to me"[reply]
...But, you might be right, I recognize some phrasing from: ""We need only one Victory" - March from the film "Belorussian Station" (Bulat Okudzhava)". YouTube. 22 October 2017.2606:A000:1126:4CA:0:98F2:CFF6:1782 (talk) 03:06, 25 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
