Closed, as legal advice is being sought, and it is uncertain whether legal advice is required in order to answer the question. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots16:51, 4 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If I check into a hotel After midnight, do I have the legal right to stay in that room an additional night? - — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1:931B:5EED:B343:520:BFB4:7A2E (talk) 22:36, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

We aren't allowed to provide legal advice here. --69.159.60.147 (talk) 23:31, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not so sure this is really about legalities, despite the wording. It's going to depend on the policies of the hotel. If you arrive after midnight, that's a "late arrival" and checkout time is still going to be 10 or 11 or whatever the hotel's rules are. So if you stay past the checkout time, that's a second day. It's possible you might be able to arrange for a later checkout time. But if you stay that night, that's a second night. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots02:07, 1 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The answer is, "Sure you can - as long as you pay for it." ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots13:29, 4 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
