Voting methods in USA 2000[edit]

Hi, I'm coming right to the point. If we focus on the yellow counties, we can see that there were "mixed systems". But what does it mean; that for example a county that had 30 precinct just to say, 15 precicnt had one system and the other 15 another? Or were there two systems in a polling place and did the voter vote with the method that happened to him? Usually that means not all polling places within the county are using the same system, i.e. your 1st suggestion. Some polling places do have a separate "accessible" system to help voters with disabilities that might be different than whatever that polling places primary system is, but I'm pretty sure the "mixed" in that map is the different polling places using different systems. Realtek HD Audio Manager[edit]

Dear users, I am looking to install on my computer, the full version of Realtek HD Audio Manager, complete with all of the reverb effects and karaoke settings. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a working download for this item. So, how do I obtain this software? I really need it for audio editing purposes, and I am very frustrated, as I can't seem to find the blasted thing in a format that works. Either my damn Norton Antivirus has ruined things, or the download won't work altogether. I really need help to get this thing onto my PC, do you have any downloads for this wretched software? I need a copy now, for my audio editing purposes, can you please help me? Also, I would like info in layman's terms, as I can't seem to understand anything at the moment, with talk of drivers and device managers getting in my way.
