Mark Zuckerberg

[edit]

Should the article mention that he is (or is seen) as socially awkward? This is a big personality trait for him. Ericdec85 (talk) 15:13, 14 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't heard that he is, but I guess if you can find a source for it you could try to add it? It seems to me like the kind of detail that would be appropriate to add to the article of a deceased person, but not a living one. Temerarius (talk) 19:57, 14 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Especially as social skills can improve over time. Whatever any of us were 10 or 20 years ago is not necessarily adequate for present times. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots23:07, 19 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Stolen evidence trope

[edit]

There's a common trope in film and TV (at least in the US) where evidence is stolen out of a police evidence room. A part of it is that this somehow means that charges have to be dropped against those who were arrested for having the drugs/guns/etc. How false is this? I'm guessing entirely since it's not like dozens of people haven't witnessed the existence of the contraband. And records kept as to where they came from. Thanks, †dismas†|(talk) 21:27, 14 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It is likely overplayed on TV, but it does happen in real life. Here are two examples I found with a quick search: [1], and [2]. As to your suggestion, whether witness testimony is enough to overcome the missing evidence will depend on the circumstances of the case. RudolfRed (talk) 23:17, 14 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. I appreciate it! †dismas†|(talk) 17:41, 17 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
