Template for an American historian. While he does manage to pass GNG:
- 1. All of his works, except two stubs, are redirects/soon to be deleted.
- 2. Out of the three family members with a wiki article, two are soon to be deleted and one has notability concerns.

- Weak oppose. This is a poor rationale (not really a rationale at all); WPUSP exists both as a param of WPUS and a separate template. If this were just a taskforce I would support, but since it's a full-fledged WikiProject it should remain a separate banner and the param should be removed from WPUS.
