That draft doesn't cite any reliable sources. We require significant coverage in independent, reliable sources such as news pieces or articles in trade magazines, both to establish the company's notability and to allow our readers to verify the content. Also, it reads like an advertisement. Huon (talk) 13:27, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

making affidavit of lost

[edit]

sorry for disturbing for this time i need to know how to make a affidavit of lost for my currently account i hoping to helping me for this problem thank you ! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 112.203.149.187 (talk) 16:22, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea what you mean. If you had an account, have lost the login information but had provided an email address, you can recover your login information; see Help:Reset password for details. If you had not entered an e-mail address when signing up for your account, there are a few rather technical ways of recovering a lost password that require either AutoWikiBrowser or a committed identity; see Help:Logging in#What if I forget the password? for details. If you don't have any of those either, there is no way for Wikipedia to recover lost login information, and you will have to create a new account. I don't think there's a need for an affidavit in either case, but as I said I'm not sure what exactly you mean by that. Huon (talk) 17:38, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Help with my article (re)submission

[edit]

Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Reba White Williams

I made edits to this article in early-October and have yet to get a response, where previous editors have had quick responses. I assumed that making edits to the article would put it back in the AfC queue, but perhaps I was mistaken, and there was a further step that needed to be made to "resubmit" the article, after it was declined, so to speak? I believe I should have covered all the bases for why the article has been declined in the past, evidencing subject's notability with credible sources. I am not quite sure where to go from here. Would someone be so kind as to help me with some answers? This is my first Wikipedia attempt and worry i have missed a step. Thank you! EANorton (talk) 19:18, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is indeed an additional step; I have resubmitted the article for you. You could do so yourself by adding {{subst:submit}} to the very top. It should be reviewed in about two weeks. Huon (talk) 19:42, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

That's a copy of your draft. It cites no reliable, independent sources such as news coverage or reviews in arts magazines. We require significant coverage in such sources, both to establish Keemly's notability and to allow out readers to verify the draft's content. Huon (talk) 22:08, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I made what I thought was a submission a few months ago but nothing has gone live yet or does it take longer? Not sure what else to do... Thanks very much — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sandyman2 (talkcontribs) 21:48, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

To attract a reviewer's attention a submission must be submitted for review. I have done so for you; you can do so yourself by adding {{subst:submit}} to the very top of the draft.
The draft currently does not cite any reliable sources. We require significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, both to establish Emm's notability and to allow out readers to verify the draft's content. Without such coverage, we cannot accept the submission. Huon (talk) 22:08, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
