November 5[edit]

13:46:35, 5 November 2015 review of submission by MimiEnock[edit]

I cited numerous sources, so I'm not sure what I'm missing...

MimiEnock (talk) 13:46, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@MimiEnock: Welcome to the Help Desk! The draft currently lacks inline citations after substantive claims about the subject. For instance, none of the claims in the "Early life/Education" section have any references, making it difficult to verify those claims without going through every single source and hunting for confirmation. Likewise, there are claims in the Career section that need inline citations. You can read more about inline citations at WP:ILC. Thanks, /wia /tlk 13:51, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@MimiEnock: - I made some specific suggestions in my comments on the most recent review. It's not the number of references that are important, but the quality of the references. Make sure that the references have substantial information about the person, and that they come from reliable sources - read more here. LaMona (talk) 03:11, 6 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

But I have 14 independent sources! The Swedish page was let through with much less sources. https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C3%B6teborgspriset_f%C3%B6r_h%C3%A5llbar_utveckling

You have an ally in the reviewer who pushed it back to you. Open a dialogue with SwisterTwister. They will be better able to guide you. Fiddle Faddle 16:55, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sir please help me to make this draft to an article; I could not understand why you declined the draft. please help me

Have you read about notability and reliable sources? You have a lot of information here that isn't sourced, or that is sourced to what we would call minor sources. There are articles about a studio he works for, but those articles merely mention him. You say that he is faculty at an institution, but the source cited does not mention him. Awards are always good toward notability, but there are no sources and therefore no way to verify the awards. You need to have actual sources for all of the facts in the article. See verifiability. 22:47:49, 5 November 2015 review of submission by King Tushit[edit]

King Tushit (talk) 22:47, 5 November 2015 (UTC) I am not agree with the date you publish about all events of Ramayana and Mahabharata. I will like to talk about Mahabharata. You are trying to hide truth and mislead people by showing wrong date without any evidences and one of your logic which is neither truth nor fair. I have read one line there, "There were 26 generation passed between King Parikshita to King Mahapadma Nanda." I am not agree on your that point because I know 29 generation were passed. But why you took 18 years average?? That's problem. Is it possible all Kings became father at age 18 years. Actually age 18 is minimume age to be Father. You should take avarage age 30 years. So, I think you did mistake of 402 years to count correct date. So, King Parikshita born 870 years before birth of Mahapadma Nanda. So, Born year of King Parikshita would be BCE 1320.[reply]

You did one more mistake. King Mahapadma Nanda were born in BCE 450 (not in BCE 382). Therefore I added 870 years in BCE 450.

@King Tushit: Hello, and welcome to the Help Desk. To which article are you referring? Do you have a question about User:King Tushit/sandbox, or is this a query about an existing article on Wikipedia? If it is about another article, please consider asking this question at the Wikipedia:Reference desk. They specialize in knowledge questions and will try to answer any question in the universe (except how to use Wikipedia, since that is what the Help Desk is for). Just follow the link, select the relevant section, and ask away. Thanks, /wia /tlk 22:59, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
