Receiptbank1978 (talk) 14:14, 8 June 2016 (UTC)Hello, thanks for helping me out. My article was declined because of the reason below: Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed.
But I think I've included all independent references from the likes of Reuters etc.
Could you advise please? Thank you!Receiptbank1978 (talk) 14:14, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
- Your draft was declined for tone issues, not for notability issues. It reads like an advertisement rather than a neutral encyclopedic entry. You need to review its language to be sure that it is neutral rather than laudatory. Robert McClenon (talk) 02:48, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
I have been waiting for a submission review for almost a month. It's my first submission so i am just getting the hang of things. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

- I just added some references and accepted the article as a stub. There's a lot out there about him, and the article can easily be expanded. Hope you stick around to do it! Ping me if you need help. JSFarman (talk) 03:43, 12 June 2016 (UTC)

How can I save my sandbox submitted draft which was rejected so that I can start again without having to input all the info again? I made a lot of Wiki mistakes. Not sure why formal publication citations are not acceptable; they're identical to what we send to NIH. Also, what constitutes a notable person? Should this piece be in a different category, not an article (biographical or .. . ?) and will work with Teahouse to create an acceptable article.

- The information that was deleted was deleted as copyright violation. Don't even try to input it again. You need to rewrite that information completely in your own words. I don't understand your question about categories. Categories are a technical feature of Wikipedia, but one that new editors do not need to worry about. However, your question might have been something else. If the article is about a person, it is a biography. If you still have a question, please try to explain it.
