Dear Team, I did submit this article (Draft:Richard_Jabo) for review four weeks ago and it's yet to be reviewed yet the process takes 3 weeks at max. What could be the issue? Please advise at the soonest!

Hi MonkeyKingdom. There is no upper bound on how long a review can take. We estimate based on the oldest draft in the pool (currently 5 weeks), but can't control whether volunteers continue reviewing or submitters continue submitting at the same rates. --Worldbruce (talk) 19:16, 13 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for reviewing the page for Richard J. Marks. I will edit the piece today to make it more neutral. If there are any sections or phrases or areas you think should be simply removed or edited, your input would be greatly appreciated. An attempt was made to include information that is not otherwise on Wikipedia, particularly with reference to China programs that were US-China related. Those areas can certainly be shortened.
