00:10:39, 4 November 2022 review of draft by SunjayDash[edit]

no one has answered my questions but they keep declining the article. I've made valid points. I've showed more than 10 articles of the film, while the other existing movie in the same festival has 3-4 articles.

SunjayDash (talk) 00:10, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@SunjayDash: where have you asked these questions that you say no one has answered? Not here at the helpdesk, that I can see at least.
You are right, in that you have cited 12 sources. However, it isn't the quantity, but the quality, of the sources that matters. Most of the ones cited make only passing mentions of the film; some, make none. There are few that do provide significant coverage, but they are interviews, ie. primary sources (the interviewee is free to make whatever claims they want and to promote the subject, without editorial oversight). I therefore agree with the original reviewer that WP:GNG notability is not established. (The second reviewer merely confirmed that and made the point that no improvements had been made. On which point, please do not resubmit without addressing the reasons for declining, as that does not help anyone.)
Finally, there appears to be a copyvio which wasn't picked up earlier, which I will delete now. Please rewrite the section in your own words. Thank you, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:00, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Jisshu (talk) 10:52, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Need help which type source needs to make Emiway Bantai draft notable can I also add source from YouTube

Jisshu No, YouTube is not generally an acceptable source, unless the video is from a recognized news outlet on their verified channel. In any event, your draft was rejected, meaning resubmission is not possible. No amount of editing can confer notability on a topic. 331dot (talk) 11:00, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
331dot sir I add atleast 15 source at Emiway Bantai Draft add information about Bantai YouTube channel and music news articles even award Which he won in Europe but bonadea rejected I got frustrated now what can I do even I think I add More he again goona reject it can you please tell other to review my draft please sir— Preceding unsigned comment added by Jisshu (talkcontribs)
Jisshu The number of sources is less important than the quality of the sources. There do not appear to be the required sources needed to establish notability. There has also been prior extensive efforts to attempt to create an article about this person that all failed. There is nothing more you can do, you must move on from this. If you have an association with this musician, please read about conflict of interest and paid editing for information on required formal disclosures. 331dot (talk) 12:11, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request on 12:06:42, 4 November 2022 for assistance on AfC submission by MK Jugantar[edit]

MK Jugantar (talk) 12:06, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

MK Jugantar You do not ask a question, but your draft was rejected, meaning it will not be considered further, as it is completely unsuitable as a Wikipedia article. 331dot (talk) 12:12, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Leiabruton26 You don't ask a question. 331dot (talk) 17:52, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Leiabruton26: Reviewers will not accept blank submissions - you're expected to have written the article, sources and all, before submitting it. —Jéské Couriano v^_^v a little blue Bori 19:45, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Leiabruton26 You still haven't asked a question. To do so, please edit this existing section, instead of creating new sections. This may be easier to do in desktop mode. 331dot (talk) 13:44, 5 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

23:02:01, 4 November 2022 review of draft by Stcksht[edit]

Hello,

My article submission was recently reviewed and the denial criteria seems a bit vague and unclear. I would like to ask that you take a second look at the article as I strongly believe it meets notability requirements and the citations provided are enough for approval. Even though some articles may include interview elements, the articles also include editorial aspects about the subject written by other notable publications like Refinery29. Also, if you view the [[Category:Quarterly magazines]] Quarterly magazines category, many articles about other magazines here have far less substantial references or content, like Molotov Cocktail (magazine), but they were still approved so they could be improved by the wiki community.

Thanks for your help.

Stcksht (talk) 23:02, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Stcksht Please read other stuff exists. That other articles exist has no bearing on your draft. It could be that these other articles are also inappropriate and have simply not been addressed yet. That an article exists does not mean that it was "approved" by anyone- this submission process has not always existed, and is not required of all users. (But it's a good idea prior to gaining experience) If you want to use other articles as an example or model, use those classified as good articles, which have been vetted by the community. 331dot (talk) 00:03, 5 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
