[edit]I've listed this article for peer review to prepare for WP:FA nomination. I've looked at this article for the better part of a year, and I need a fresh perspective. I have received brief comments about the length of the Table of Contents, but it appears that this is properly sectioned. I would like detailed comments on how to improve the sectioning especially. Regarding references, there is a section on the talk page that details the choice of references and weight given to certain sources.
