Why this page

The shortcut wp:BLUDGEONING is IMO less likely to help build consensus than this one, which at least avoids the SHOUTING.

Shortcuts are mostly upper-case-only to help identify them as shortcuts, but in this case there are reasons for avoiding it IMO.
