Copyvio[edit]

As much as I hate to say it, I do believe #296 is a copyvio and has to go. If we're allowed to quote song lyrics, I've got way way better. One of these days Eugene we'll set the controls for the Heart of the Sun. But is #296 public domain text? Sorry. Franamax (talk) 04:43, 17 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You mean this? "To take notice of safe: your chair is falling. Have some burned meat biscuits: Hey, so delicious, let us try it fast." It's just a Chinglish quotation. Or do you mean #305? ~AH1(TCU) 00:45, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, it has become #305 now. Guns'n'Roses lyrics. Franamax (talk) 04:22, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It was there long enough - #0 now.diff Franamax (talk) 04:27, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

EUI[edit]

Is there a possibility do be arrested for Editing under influence? Just a humourous though. --Gsmgm (talk) 19:05, 18 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've gotten WP:TROUTed as a result of EUI before... —/Mendaliv//Δ's/ 13:17, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

#123[edit]

did anyone else notice that it is chinese for "is my website"?--Marhawkman (talk) 18:35, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It is indeed - good catch :-) hydnjo (talk) 11:52, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
To memorialize with G-translate: 是我的网站! => Is my site!. hydnjo (talk) 02:22, 19 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

#10 "they they"[edit]

Is #10's "...they they..." a purposeful example of what editing under the influence is like? Or is it an accident? I think the second "they" should be removed.198.232.211.130 (talk) 19:48, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Tpyo fixed. hydnjo (talk) 20:13, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Orange Bar of Doom[edit]

Image of Wikipedia's main page with the message "You have new Messages". Caption underneath reads "ANXIETY: Drinking a 12 pack, smoking a bowl, editing Wikipedia until you pass out, and this is the first thing you see when you wake up."
This picture isn't very useful anymore...

Can we do something with the new echo notifications system thing? The problem is, it (as of 09:11, 7 May 2013 (UTC)) treats new messages the same way as other notifications with that (not so) big red dot. smtchahal(talk) 09:11, 7 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wow[edit]

Why didn’t anyone think about adding something related to the coronavirus. Being stuck at home is common and lots of people have nothing to do. I’m glad I got the idea. MrCoolGuy159 (talk) 17:15, 5 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Indefinite Global account ban for editing while drinking[edit]

Are the rumours true? Prins van Oranje 10:19, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
