The commons version of this template merely says the file is a "work of Afghanistan". This versaion says the file was published in Afghanistan.
I think the templates should be consistent.
For the last two years I have been suggesting that the wikimedia foundation should get the advice of a lawyer who specializes in intellectual property over the intellectual property rights of images taken in Afghanistan. Geo Swan (talk) 14:47, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
