Deferred rating

I tried to use the "deferred" assessment on Talk:Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. The project box is a nested box, and the other projects show their rating when nested, like "WikiProject FOO (Rated B-class)", but once I switched to defered, their is no rating on the firearms projectbox.
