Women at Work, originally titled The Guts! (THE ガッツ!, The Gattsu!), is a two episode Japanese adult OVA (Original Video Animation). Produced by Animac, the series was licensed by Media Blasters and distributed in the U.S. and Canada through its label, Kitty Media.
Plot
In the beginning, life was not easy for the youth. His girlfriend left him because of his slight build for a stronger, more athletic man, and he began to lament his misfortune. He wanted to obtain this "strong and manly aura" for himself, and in a flash of inspiration, he decides to join the construction field. After all, why not have the cake and eat it too. When working in the construction field, he obtains both money and women who flock to him. A little money is just an added benefit. However, Akiyoshi selected a very peculiar company to work for.
His boss immediately wishes to see Akiyoshi's virility. After the interview, Akiyoshi sank into the couch, falling asleep easily, but the official assistant unexpectedly appeared and tripped over the couch onto Akiyoshi. With her butt in front of his face, Akiyoshi is treated to "certain advantages" of the position. Perverted scenes at their best!! The boss did not question this matter, and continued observing the newbie's virility.
Soon he was sent it negotiate with a client. The client turns out to be a woman distressed by the noise made by the company's workers near her home. Her payment of compensation is made in anal sex.
