Worst Case Scenarios is a reality show aired on TBS in 2002 in the United States. The show was narrated by Mike Rowe. It featured demonstrations by stunt men and stunt women, and each episode was hosted by new experts, such as Nicole Randall and Rex Reddick, on how to survive worst-case scenarios. It also aired clips of real life situations, tips, volunteer challenges, and gadgets shown by Gear Girl (Danielle Burgio).

The concept of the show is loosely based on the book The Worst-Case Scenario Survival Handbook.
