The Yavapai County Courthouse is a courthouse located at 120 South Cortez Street in Prescott, Arizona that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The most recent Yavapai County Courthouse was built in 1916.[2] The courthouse and its surrounding square are popular tourist destinations in Prescott.

The courthouse was designed by architect William N. Bowman (1868-1944). It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.[1]

It is also known for its statue of Bucky O'Neill, a Rough Rider and former Mayor of Prescott. Barry Goldwater announced his presidential candidacy in 1964 from the steps of the courthouse.
