Details
The "Year of the Dragon" single was released to promote Machine Head's Japanese tour. Despite containing rare live tracks, "Year of the Dragon" also contained a demo for a new song the band was considering to use on their next album. The song, "New Resistance", delved deeply into the rap rock genre. Fans were encouraged to give the band feedback on their feelings on the new song. The song was never released on any album since the release of "Year of the Dragon".
