Yuri Schukin (Russian: Ю́рий Ива́нович Щу́кин, born June 26, 1979 in Kislovodsk, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is a Russian-born Kazakhstani tennis player.

Career

Schukin has won 8 challenger titles and achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 119 in November 2007. His finest grand slam performance has been reaching the second round of the 2010 French Open.

2008

The 6 ft 2 inch 181 pound Russian began the 2008 tour season by losing in the first round to Rajeev Ram at the Chennai Open 6–7, 6–7.[1]
