@Jkadavoor: Commons is not the same as en-Wikipedia - this type of username is explicitly not allowed under our policy - the policy gives a clear example of Personal usernames that imply shared access, such as "Jack and Jill", are not permitted. Thanks Ronhjones. I understood the difficulties here. Hope it will not be an issue as her edits (file uploads) are in Commons. I hope she can use an alternate account (eg User:Sugandhi) if she want to edit here. J e e 02:31, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Jkadavoor: There only issue is that this name cannot be used on en-wiki. If they want to edit here - they have a choice of creating one or two new users (which will create new users on commons as well - as all accounts are global now), or renaming the account - that will rename the commons account as well.
