EU map[edit]

I changed the map on the EU article, see Talk:European_Union#Map_2

Thanks for uploading Image:SamoSlogaSrbinaSpasava.PNG. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

Someone claiming to be you[edit]

An anonymous user 86.132.198.250 has put posting on the Talk:liverpool and User talk:Jackrm page using your signature. Just wondering, is this you or an imposter using your name? G-Man ? 02:48, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for looking into this G-Man, i was going to look into it too. If it was you who posted the response on my talk page - please discuss it on the Talk:liverpool page first. Jackrm 02:57, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use disputed for Image:FearneESC2007.PNG[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:FearneESC2007.PNG. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Deskana (talky) 20:06, 1 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Slovio speedy deletion[edit]

The article about Slovio was deleted, because there aren't external verifiable sources about it. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Slovio (2nd nomination). I deleted the new article that you created, because you didn't add any new sources that will prove notability, verifiability and relevance outside the slovio.com family of websites. --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 07:25, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Flag of Slovio[edit]

Did you really create the image of Image:Flag of Slovio.png yourself? --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 12:57, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why shouldn't there be an article on Slovio[edit]

(Copied from Talk:Slovio):

Why shouldn't there be an article on Slovio? . The language is complete and is used as a form of communication amongst people from different Slavic countries on the internet, (Forum+yahoo group). More people now use Slovio than use some of the older international languages; around 100. Volapuk has only 20 users and they are concentrated on their yahoo forum. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ekstazo (talkcontribs)

There is an article on Slovio on 25 other language wikis, but it doesn't mean that it should be there.
You say that "around 100" people use Slovio. Where did you take this number? --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 16:01, 19 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Flag of Slovio.png)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Flag of Slovio.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 18:25, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Slovio again[edit]

Slavic IAL has essentially the same content as Slovio.

I tagged it for speedy deletion.

You say: "Slovio is by far the most well known due to its simplicity and better propagation." Do you have any proof for that? --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 21:59, 20 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
