Sorry, I just do not understand what is going on here, that you, Explicit, have deleted so many photos of mine! They were all made by myself and I tried to give them a fair licence her before. This is all very irritating. Harth23 (talk) 02:50, 30 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Alfred Harth at the age of 23 .jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Alfred Harth at the age of 23 .jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Image copyright problem with Image:A23H's fire painting in 1967.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:A23H's fire painting in 1967.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Photos by Alfred Harth[edit]

Looking at the deletion of "File:Alfred 23 Harth 2009.8.15.JPG" here, I see it was deleted because of "F4: Lack of licensing information". I can't see what licensing information you had supplied because it's been deleted, so I can't comment. I'd suggest that you ask User:Explicit what his reasons for deleting your pictures were. —Bruce1eetalk 12:44, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Photos by Alfred Harth[edit]

Thank you Bruce1ee. I tried to contact User:Explicit. It is hopeless for me to reach him. He writes he is 20 years old and someday wants to be in the music business and hopes to have an article for his own works. I do not understand what the advantage it is for him to delete my stuff. Everything else here written above seems to be too complicated for me. I give up. Delete what you want you guys if it doesn't meet all your complicated rules! Auf Wiedersehen! Harth23 (talk) 14:13, 5 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Have you tried to contact Explicit on his talk page. I'm sure he would be happy to help you. —Bruce1eetalk 05:26, 6 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Gestalt et Jive in 1985.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Gestalt et Jive in 1985.jpg, which you've sourced to Harth Archiv??. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — This, that, and the other (talk) 05:37, 26 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Alfred 23 Harth article[edit]

Hello, Harth23. You have new messages at Talk:Alfred 23 Harth.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

Thank you. The Alfred 23 Harth article had been fusioned by Wikipedia a while ago and now seems to be a stub. I will try my best to correct it. Concerning all those photos of mine (Me = Alfred 23 Harth = Harth archive) in all the different articles about my groups that had been deleted by Wikipedia - i really do not understand why you did this. Maybe language problems. I ask you to reuse all those photos.I did my best, sorry.Harth23 (talk) 09:54, 19 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
