I'm hoping to get some help getting this article published. I've referenced a handful of news articles about both the story itself and the documentary as well. The film was made for a non-profit and we are trying to get more exposure. The film has been watched 85k times so far in less than two weeks with no marketing or promotion. Please let me know what we are missing to get it published. Many thanks!

- Hi Crash41, all new articles on Wikipedia have to show the subject is notable (See WP:N) which in most cases requires significant coverage (WP:SIGCOV) in multiple independent (WP:INDY) reliable sources (WP:RS). It is not just about showing the existence of a subject. News article about the story do not help to show notability of the documentary at all, nor do non-independent sources such as bigwavesinc.org. See Wikipedia:Notability (films) for more notes on what we look for to show that a film is notable. Regards KylieTastic (talk) 08:55, 26 July 2024 (UTC)
