Please read the guide on the main page before requesting permission. In applying for AWB access, you indicate that you will abide by its terms.

Also, this page is for requesting AWB Access for this wiki (English Wikipedia) only. Other projects have their own check pages and you should ask administrators there to add you.

Please add your name to the bottom of the list using *{{AWBUser|your username}} ~~~~~. Enter your user name exactly as it is, do not add underscores instead of spaces or change the case of the first letter.

If the list contains undecided entries that are over 48 hours old, please add {{Admin backlog}} to the top of this page.

Note that users with under 500 mainspace non-automated edits are rarely approved. You only need to give a reason for wanting AWB access if you have fewer than 500 mainspace non-automated edits.

If approved, your name will be added to the CheckPage.

Not done Sorry, we look for a bit more experience in article editing before allowing access to this tool, as it is very easy to get things very wrong with AWB, even if you are not trying to. As a guideline we expect 500 mainspace edits, at the moment you only have 6, so I have to decline this request. Not done AWB isn't generally suited to creating articles, it is more for making small corrections to lots of articles. It is very easy to use incorrectly and mistakenly make widespread errors, so we only allow very experienced users access to it. As a guideline we look for about 500 mainspace edits, as you only have 79, and this tool does not appear to be exactly what you're looking for anyway, I am declining this request. - Kingpin¹³ (talk) 10:31, 14 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
