Carmen, Surigao del Sur

Carmen is a 5th class municipality in the province of Surigao del Sur, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 9,551 people in 1,873 households.
Located in Brgy. Esperanza is the "Sua cool Spring" developed for tourism with possibility to swim and party. The depth of the first basin is up to about 7 feet.
