The Constitutional Court of Albania (Albanian: Gjykata Kushtetuese e Shqipërisë), officially known as the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania (Albanian: Gjykata Kushtetuese e Republikës së Shqipërisë), is the final authority for the interpretation of the Constitution of Albania and the compliance of laws in accordance with the constitution.[1]
