Doll fetishism is a sexual fetish in which an individual is attracted to dolls and doll like objects such as figurines. The attraction may include the desire for actual sexual contact with a doll, a fantasy of a sexual encounter with an animate or inanimate doll, encounters between dolls themselves, or sexual pleasure gained from thoughts of being transformed or transforming another into a doll.

Some individuals enjoy seeing their partners' unique characteristics minimized and adapted in favour of more uniform doll-like features.This is a doll fetishism it is a type of sexual role play game between two or more people. The "doll" can be female or male, dressed to have a barbie body type. To get that shape for the doll they put on the "doll" a blondewig,breast forms [1],a tight corset to give them a small waist, a strap on vagina [2](if male), butt pads[3] and a revealing outfit; to show off the "doll's" new proportions the outfit is made of tight leather, latex or spandex.
