HRTV is a television channel dedicated to equine sports. HRTV’s programming features horseracing from U.S. and international racetracks, as well as a range of English and Western horse competitions, news, original programming and documentaries covering the world of horse sports. The live stream of HRTV is available on a subscription basis to high-speed Internet users worldwide. In the US, the HRTV television network has limited distribution via cable and satellite.

HRTV is currently owned by Stronach Group and Churchill Downs Incorporated, with television studios at Santa Anita Park. In February of 2015 it was announced that Betfair Group, owners of the competing TVG Network, would acquire HRTV and relocate its broadcast operations to TVG's Los Angeles studios.[1]
