Pyhäjoki

The municipality is located on the Gulf of Bothnia at the mouth of the river Pyhäjoki. Fennovoima, a Finnish nuclear power company, plans to build a nuclear power plant at Pyhäjoki. The power plant would be operational in 2020.[3]
