Unit colour patches

[edit]

G'day, I believe that the 2/32nd Battalion may have had three different Unit Colour Patches over the course of its existence. Firstly, a yellow and white upright rectangle in a grey border (similar to the First World War 32nd Battalion), then a purple over red circle, and then finally a purple inside red 'T' shape. I'm trying to find a ref for this, and some explanation for the first change (I know why it changed the second time after Tobruk). Does anyone have anything on this? I have found a couple of refs that talk around it, or don't quite explain it: [1][2]. @Anotherclown, Nick-D, and Hawkeye7: Gents, are any of you able to help in this regard? Cheers, AustralianRupert (talk) 02:44, 4 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I found something, but if anyone has a better ref than the Digger History site, I will replace it. Thanks. Regards, AustralianRupert (talk) 03:25, 4 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
