Layout[edit]

Hi, All the other gubernatorial elections for 2006 have the Democrats the the republicans because thats alphabetical order. But this is different. thats why i changed it. I also changed the poll tables because it looks better when i added the grey

  • Point taken. But Maryland law states that the Governor's party comes first. It seems sort of appropriate on this page about the Governor's race, but I'll think about it. --Noitall 22:57, July 22, 2005 (UTC)

I added Eddie Boyl to the list of gubenatorial candidates under Greens since he is announcing his candidacy on 1/30/2006. Robbblack 15:37, 30 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I removed references to poll data in the article. Poll data changes so much that it just doesn't seem appropriate to keep it in the article itself. I also removed the part about "with the help of thousands of Marylanders" in reference to Ehrlich's fundraising. I just feel like that was not a NPOV. Robbblack 17:09, 8 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know why we needed to add citation for Ed Boyd's candidacy considering he is the only gubenatorial candidate to have filed so far according to the Maryland BOE. However, I put the citation there. Please note, the link will die as soon as the Maryland BOE updates its listings. Robbblack 15:04, 27 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Election results map[edit]

The map shows O'Malley winning Baltimore County (the blue area surrounding Baltimore City.)

The link to the Board of Elections (Reference 6) shows Ehrlich winning Baltimore County:

Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page[edit]

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:
