The Palestine Post of Aug 6 1937 (readable on the web) says that Kibbutz Afikim was celebrating 10 years since its founding. This suggests missing history in our article. Strangely the author of that PP article seems to confuse it with Kvutzat Kinneret (founded much earlier); or else there is some historical connection that is confusing me. I have a 1949 book from the Jewish National Fund (Jewish Villages in Israel) that also gives the date as 1932. Odd. Snakeswithfeet (talk) 03:58, 10 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
