Organ vs. Biological systems[edit]

If "organ system" and "biological system" mean the same thing then why does wikipedia have two distinct categories for them? Category:Organ systems and Category:Biological systems. Should we delete the former category and move everything in it to the latter? svadhisthana (talk) 01:49, 16 August 2008 (UTC)

The title of his article must be reverted to "Organ systems", because term "Biological systems" means much more wide field. Lowest lewel of biological systems is level of molecular biosystems (some of them are reserched by Systems biology), the highest for this moment is a level of biosphere. The journal "BioSystems" covers other field but not organ systems... ([1]) --Rencas (talk) 13:02, 8 July 2013 (UTC)

Only human systems?[edit]

What about systems that are unique to non-human organisms? Where can I find a discussion of those? -Agur bar Jacé (talk) 21:17, 26 September 2010 (UTC)

Hi - I don't know much about this subject - which is why I am reading this article. It seems to be very similar to the article on the human body. Would it make sense to combine these articles? --Blumrosen (talk) 20:11, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
