Info on Israeli nuclear weapons program?[edit]

Nuclear weapons and Israel have played a pivotal role in shaping civil defense in Israel. Israel's "alleged" nuclear program is not exclusively a military initiative, but has supposedly involved many civilians, similar to the civilian/political oversight of US nuclear weapons in the Department of Defense. Is there anyway we could merge some content with Nuclear weapons and Israel into this article? Wikifan12345 (talk) 09:38, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Civil defense refers to projects whose aim is defending civilians from direct attack, not to defense projects participated in by civilians. The involvement of civilians in Israel's nuclear project is or can be adequately covered by the article you linked to. Jalapenos do exist (talk) 19:21, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
