JimmyBlackwing and DocFreeman24, maybe CGW got the name wrong, or maybe this is an alternate name? This says it was published by Dolphin Marine Systems, Inc and developed by BCI Software. Searching on "Dolphin Sailing" at archive.org brings these up:

I went back to the CGW review and it says "Dolphin Sailing System: Simulator & Instructor from Dolphin Marine Systems" in the intro, so I don't doubt that this is all the same game. BOZ (talk) 17:00, 26 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Excellent work BOZ! These sources do it for me and I think it qualifies for an article based on these. Oddly enough, it looks like folks couldn't decide what to call this game because I also found a game called "Dolphin Boating Simulator" that I think is the same game? See https://www.myabandonware.com/game/dolphin-boating-simulator-fj. So I don't know what's going on here. But regardless, I think my concern is addressed now. And thank you for looking into it!
