On 29 January 2018, it was proposed that this article be moved from Flatbush Avenue (CDOT station) to Flatbush Avenue (CTDOT station). The result of the discussion was moved to Flatbush Avenue station (Connecticut).

"Station" in intro[edit]

@Cuchullain: A station is a station makes no sense as an introduction. The proper name of the station is "Flatbush Avenue" with "station" in lower case as a descriptor to distinguish it as not being a street in the title of the article. Secondarywaltz (talk) 23:29, 5 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Putting the title of the article in the intro is Wikipedia article writing 101. "Flatbush Avenue station is a bus rapid transit station" is not bad writing any more than "The killer whale or orca is a toothed whale" in the featured article Killer whale.--Cúchullain ^t/c 19:00, 6 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

2022 planned renaming[edit]
