I'm not a native Spanish speaker, but I feel that the English translation of this title is quite literal and perhaps less accurate. Instead, compare the song's title in Spanish with the Pedro Almodovar film, Mujeres al borde de un ataque de nervios," which is most commonly translated into English as "Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown." Would it be safe to assume that the English-language title for the song should be "Men on the Verge of a Jealousy Breakdown"?
