Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School (St. Catharines), Sir Wilfrid Laurier Collegiate Institute], Upper Canada College, and lots of other institutions have alumni listed, whom wouldn't be shown on their school's walls. -- Zanimum (talk) 01:36, 6 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As of June 9, 2012, WikiProject School's guidelines state that:

"Who should be included?

Per Wikipedia:Bio#Lists of people, alumni to be included must meet Wikipedia notability criteria. All alumni meeting these criteria are to be included on an alumni list, regardless of how much time they have spent on a school roll, from one day to several years, and whether or not they graduated."

Registered users appear to be respecting the guidelines of WikiProject Schools now, but an anon continued the unnecessary pattern of deletion. Thus I've semi-protected the page for 3 months. -- Zanimum (talk) 19:13, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
