I've put in a ton of great references. Now, let's get this stuff done:

  • "print the news and raise hell"
  • promote talents such as Jimmy Breslin, Judith Crist, Dick Schaap, Richard Reeves and Tom Wolfe
  • promote women in newsrooms (Maureen Dowd et. al.)
  • list of newspapers he was editor of
  • list of newspapers he worked at
  • WWII Naval aviator F6F Hellcats
  • Kenyan College (interrupted by war)

Should be merged[edit]

This article should be merged with the existing article entitled Jim Bellows. 90.193.99.96 (talk) 14:31, 21 March 2009 (UTC)rcb1[reply]

Done - there wasn't much to merge, mostly the references. I thought 'Jim Bellows' would be the correct title, as that's what most of the references call him. Robofish (talk) 02:16, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
